Informacje dla uczestników – licytacje i harmonogram PL/ENG

Wkraczamy w kluczową fazę konkursu Pomagaj z pasją. Każdego dnia wpływają do nas kolejne dzieła, które już w najbliższym czasie zostaną poddane ocenie. Przedstawiamy Państwu harmonogram na kwiecień, zachęcając do rezerwacji terminu 28.04 o godzinie 14.00, kiedy to nastąpi ogłoszenie wyników konkursu.

Zgodnie z harmonogramem od 6 do 21 kwietnia trwały będą licytacje charytatywne. Zalecamy, aby wszystkie dzieła, które nie zostały nominowane do etapu finałowego lub nie były zgłoszone w konkursie, zostały wystawione na licytację charytatywną, wspierając wskazany przez autora cel.

W jaki sposób stworzyć licytację charytatywną? Zobacz poradnik Allegro oraz naszą instrukcję:

1. Zaloguj się do konta Allegro lub utwórz konto
2. Będąc zalogowanym kliknij w link do formularza: https://allegro.pl/charityOffer/
3. Ustal cel zbiórki: po wpisaniu pierwszych 3 liter rozwinie się lista organizacji, należy wybrać tę organizację, której chcesz pomóc. 
4. Tytuł aukcji: nazwa dzieła + #Pomagajzpasja. np. “Obraz Zachód słońca, 50×100, #Pomagajzpasja”.
5. Kategoria: wybierz odpowiednią kategorię: np. Kolekcje i sztuka – Antyki i Sztuka – Malarstwo, Dom i Ogród – Wyposażenie – Dekoracje i ozdoby – Obrazki i obrazy, Kolekcje i sztuka – Rękodzieło – Scrapbooking, Kolekcje i sztuka – Rękodzieło – Przedmioty ręcznie wykonane.
6. Uzupełnij informacje o dziele i aukcji zgodnie z własnymi preferencjami.
7. Zdjęcia i opis przedmiotu:
   1. zdjęcia max 3 zdj ( Maksymalny rozmiar zdjęcia – 2560 x 2560 pikseli, format: jpg, png)
   2. treść aukcji powinna zawierać:
      1. opis dzieła,
      2. metoda wykonania, materiał, technika,
      3. wymiary dzieła,
      4. dodatkowe informacje o dziele (ok. 3 zdania).

8. Formy sprzedaży: licytacja, cena wywoławcza (rekomendujemy od 1 zł).
9. Czas trwania licytacji – wybierz termin trwania licytacji pamiętając, że nie może przekroczyć daty 21.04.2021 r.
10. Pozostaw odznaczoną opcję Wznawianie oferty.
11. Przed udostępnieniem licytacji możesz kliknąć “Zobacz podgląd oferty”, aby mieć pewność, że wystawiona licytacja wygląda dobrze oraz zawiera obowiązkowe informacje.
12. Jeśli wszystko się zgadza, kliknij “Wystaw przedmiot” i udostępnij link do licytacji swoim znajomym.
13. Po zakończeniu licytacji prosimy o przesłanie wartości wylicytowanej kwoty oraz celu licytacji na adres [email protected] – posłużą nam one wyłącznie do opracowania raportu oraz prezentacji efektów projektu, zapewniając pełną anonimowość.
14. Celem wypłacenia środków za przesyłkę oraz zakończenia aukcji, zaloguj się na swoje konto, wejdź na stronę https://allegro.pl/payments-operation-history/#!/ i kliknij opcję wypłaty środków.

We are entering the key phase of the Help with passion competition. Every day we receive new works which will be assessed in the near future. We present you the schedule for April, encouraging you to book the date on April 28 at 2 pm, when the competition results will be announced.

According to the schedule, charity auctions will be held from 6 to 21 April. We recommend that all works that have not been nominated for the final stage or have not been submitted to the competition – be put up for a charity auction, supporting the goal indicated by the author.

How do I create a charity auction? See the Allegro tutorial and our manual:

1. Log in to your Allegro account or create new account.
2. Being logged in, click on the link to the form: https://allegro.pl/charityOffer/
3. Set the collection goal: after entering the first 3 letters, the list of organizations will expand, select the organization you want to help.
4. Auction title: name of the work + #Helpwithpassion. for example, “Image Sunset, 50 × 100, #Helpwithpassion”.
5. Category: select the appropriate category e.g. Collections and Art – Antiques and Art – Painting, Home and Garden – Equipment – Decorations and Ornaments – Pictures and Pictures, Collections and Arts – Crafts – Scrapbooking, Collections and Art – Crafts – Handmade Items.
6. Complete the information about the artwork and auction according to your preferences.
7. Item photos and description:
   1. photos max 3 photos (Maximum photo size – 2560 x 2560 pixels, format: jpg, png)
   2. the content of the auction should include:
   3. description of the work
   4. method of manufacture, material, technique
   5. dimensions of the work
   6. additional information about the work (approx. 3 sentences)
   7. link to the project: https://pomagajzpasja.pl/
8. Forms of sale: auction, starting price (we recommend from PLN 1).
9. Duration of the auction – select the date of the auction, remembering that it cannot exceed the date of 4/21/2021.
10. Set the Resume Offer option.
11. Before the auction is open, you can click “View offer preview” to make sure that the listing looks good and contains the mandatory information.
12. If everything is correct, click “List Lot” and share the link to the auction with your friends.
13. After the end of the auction, please send the value of the auctioned amount and the purpose of the auction to [email protected] – this information will be used only to prepare a report and to present the effects of the project – ensuring full anonymity.
